Asher is a New York City native currently serving as the head of video for Good Morning America digital. Asher has received tremendous acclaim for his varied work in the industry. He has worked in media for over ten years and has a track record of proven successes in branded content and documentary film. His talent spans across all production facets, from pre-production to field producing to postproduction. As a transgender man, Asher focuses a lot of his attentions on LGBTQ+ issues and uses his platform to amplify LGBTQ+ people and their stories.

Beth Weinstock M.D. is a poet and physician, but foremost a mother of four whose eldest son Eli died in March of 2021 when he unintentionally ingested fentanyl. In honor of Eli, she and her daughter Olivia founded BirdieLight, an organization dedicated to ending the senseless loss of young people due to fentanyl poisoning. A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Ohio State University College of Medicine, she recently retired from Equitas Health, where she cared for individuals infected with HIV and Hepatitis C, to focus more exclusively on Birdielight.

Mat is a 20 year music industry veteran and organizer who has worked in management alongside iconic (David Bowie, David Byrne) and developing artists and labels. As the Co-Founder / CEO of ShowUp, Mat leverages his experience in music, digital marketing, and social justice to create, support, and scale activism in the music industry. As a consultant, Mat's clients have included Google, NPR, and the Obama White House. In 2018, he founded the nonprofit Mission Impact, which has driven support to marginalized communities in over 70 US cities through partnerships with artists including Lake Street Dive.

Gavin Rhodes is the co-founder of the New York-based PR agency Audible Treats, formed in 2004. With a wealth of experience in strategic communications, he has played a key role in guiding Audible Treats to its position as a premier indie PR agency, renowned for its innovative and impactful campaigns. Audible Treats takes pride in its work with festival clients such as Rolling Loud, AFROPUNK, Sueños, and Afro Nation, as well as artists and corporate clients including Ice Spice, TikTok, Netflix, E-40, Sexyy Red, Central Cee, Key Glock, and many more.

In addition to being the bass player/singer for The Egg Eaters and guitarist/singer for Bad Banker,John is the founder of Musicians for Overdose Prevention, a nonprofit headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. John works tirelessly in the fight against lowering the cost of Naloxone. In 2022, he led a protest rally over naloxone pricing with punk and go-go music outside the downtown Baltimore offices of Emergent BioSolutions, which makes Narcan. John has mentored Ingela and Perry since the inception of This Must Be The Place, and without him, this nonprofit would not exist.

Brian, aka Geologist, is a musician and a member of Animal Collective, a critically acclaimed collective of avant-garde musicians from Baltimore. In addition to music, Brian also worked on ocean conservation and environmental policy. He has a BA from Columbia University in Environmental Science, and an MPA in Environmental Policy from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Brian cares deeply about harm reduction. He does mutual aid throughout Washington DC. and spearheaded having Naloxone distributed on Animal Collective’s most recent national tour.
